Board Moves October 26, 2020

Sanjeev Kumar has joined the board of Alara Resources as non-executive director. Mr Kumar has extensive Australian and international business experience, with a specialisation in high-value asset finance lending.

CFOAM has appointed Nicholas Ong as non-executive director, following the resignation of Flemming Bjoernslev who has been the executive director, president and chief executive since 2019. Mr Ong spent seven years as a principal advisor at the ASX, overseeing listings of over a hundred public companies.
