Board Moves October 25, 2019

Affinity Energy and Health has appointed Terry Gardiner as non-executive director and Jessica Rodrigues as company secretary, following the retirement of Josh Puckridge from both those roles. Mr  Gardiner has over 20 years of capital markets experience, and provides corporate advisory services to listed companies in Australia and overseas.

Steven Richards, current chief financial officer and joint company secretary of MyFiziq, will be the sole company secretary at the end of the month following the departure of Kevin Hart.
