Avenira has advised of the resignations of Timothy Cotton as non-executive director and Louis Calvarin as managing director & chief executive, with Kevin Dundo and Winnie Lai Hadad being appointed to the board as non-executive directors. It follows the sale of the company’s interests in the Baobab Project and Novapho.

Victor Rajasooriar has been appointed managing director and chief executive of Panoramic Resources. He will commence in November, taking over from Peter Harold who will be leaving the company after over 18 years in the role. Mr  Rajasooriar is a mining engineer with over 20 years of operational and technical experience in multiple disciplines across both underground and open pit operations.

Dr Govert van Ek has resigned as a non-executive director of Tap Oil.

Peter McMorrow will join the board of Valmec in November, as non-executive director. Mr  McMorrow has over 40 years of project and executive experience in the infrastructure and resources industries.

Victory Mines has appointed Matthew Blake as a non-executive director. Mr  Blake has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 10 years at DJ Carmichael as an investment advisor and executive director.
