Board Moves October 21, 2019

Malcolm Smartt has replaced Nicholas Yeak as company secretary of A-Cap Energy.

Jeff McKenzie has stepped down as chief executive of BBX Minerals but remains on the board as an executive director. André Douchane has been appointed chief executive and executive director. Mr Douchane has over 40 years of experience in North and South America, and held senior management roles with a number of mid-tier and junior mining companies.

Colin Carson, founding director of Perseus Mining, will retire as executive director at the upcoming AGM in November. Mr  Carson served as an executive director since forming the company in 2004.
