Board Moves October 19, 2023

Ivan Gustavino has retired as non-executive director of global mining tech company Imdex. He has been on the board since July 2015.

Indiana Resources has appointed Maja McGuire as an independent non-executive director and Mathew Perrot as exploration manager to drive its South Australian exploration. Ms McGuire is an experienced commercial & corporate lawyer who has provided strategic, corporate and compliance advice to listed public companies. She will be able to support the company and board in its annulment and enforcement activities against Tanzania and arbitration with Loricatus. Mr Perrot is a geologist with extensive experience across multiple commodities and mineralisation styles.
