Force Commodities has appointed James Sullivan as head of exploration and Makonga Pelesa as non-executive director and the company’s in-country representative. Mr Sullivan, a geologist with 20 years’ experience was initially engaged by the company to undertake an independent due diligence assessment of the Kitotolo and Kiambi Lithium Projects. He will lead the exploration activities at its DRC Lithium Projects with an immediate focus on the Kitotolo Lithium Project. Mr Pelesa is a mining engineer with over 10 years of experience in mineral exploration projects and had held senior roles as logistics manager and site manager for companies in the Republic of Congo. Patrick Glovac will step down as non-executive director.
Myles Campion has joined Ferrum Crescent as an executive director. Mr Campion specialises internationally in resources evaluation and project assessment and his financial experience ranges from Australian and UK equities through to project and debt financing in London.
London-based Martin Wood has been appointed non-executive director of Kogi Iron. Mr Wood is the founder and managing director of Vicarage Capital, a full-service brokerage house focused on the resources sector, and is a specialist in debt & equity arranging and IPO advice.
