After 10 years as a director of Australian Vanadium, Brenton Lewis will be retiring as non-executive chair at the AGM in November. Mr Lawrenson is a highly regarded and experienced industry professional, having been chair and managing director of several ASX-listed and privately-owned companies.
Sean Fieler has joined the board of RTG Mining as non-executive director. US-based Mr Fieler has been an investor in precious metals mining and emerging markets equities for over 20 years. He is the chief investment officer and president of Equinox Partners Investment Management, a Connecticut-based money manager and the largest shareholder of RTG. His appointment provides some representation for RTG’s North American investors.
Swick Mining Services has appointed Jason Marinko as managing director of its mineral technology business. Mr Marinko is an experienced public company CEO, chair and company director with expertise in the technology and investment banking industries, and in leading technologies to commercialisation.
