Dr Jon Hronsky OAM and Peter Stuntz have been appointed non-executive directors of Azumah Resources. Dr Hronsky is the general partner of global targeting and research at Ibaera, and is a nominee appointed director. Mr Stuntz has extensive investment, corporate advisory and financing experience gained from over 30 years within the natural resources sector. Current non-executive director Linton Putland will be retiring from the board.
Joseph Graham and Timothy Wise have been appointed executive director and non-executive director of Tamaska Oil & Gas respectively. Mr Graham has 21 years of experience as a petroleum engineer and a joint founder of private equity firm Skye Energy Ventures, which makes energy investments globally. Mr Wise is a corporate executive with extensive experience in the growth of early-stage businesses, and providing strategic advice to a broad range of companies. Alexander Parks has resigned as non-executive director.
