Board Moves November 26, 2019

Hansjoerg Plaggemars has been appointed non-executive director of Azure Minerals. Mr  Plaggemars is an experienced company director with a deep background in corporate finance, corporate strategy and governance.

Peter Wallace will be retiring as non-executive chair of BNK Banking Corporation, having served on the board since 2014. Non-Executive directors Jon Sutton and Don Koch will become non-executive chair and deputy chair respectively, with both being appointed to the board this year.

Galena Mining has appointed Stewart Howe as non-executive director. Mr  Howe is a mining and chemical engineer with extensive senior management experience in the global lead and zinc industry.

Jonathan Downes has joined the board of Kingwest Resources as non-executive director, following the resignation of Stephen Woodham. Mr  Downes has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry and has worked in various geological and corporate capacities.

Scott Mison has resigned as non-executive director of New World Cobalt.

Vincent Goss will be retiring as non-executive director of Valmec at the end of the year. Mr  Goss is one of its largest shareholders, and will continue providing consulting services to the executive team as required.

Rohan Dalziell has retired as non-executive director of Victory Mines.
