Helen Fisher has stepped down as non-executive director of BARD1 Life Sciences in order to focus on new opportunities as well as on Bio Capital Impact Fund, a fund she founded in 2017 which focuses on innovative and disruptive technologies in the biotech space.
Susan Hunter has replaced Telma Southgate as company secretary of Coda Minerals. Ms Hunter has over 23 years of experience in the corporate finance industry, and as company secretary & non-executive director with ASX, AIM and TSX-listed companies.
Alfie Germano has resigned as chief executive and managing director of Nanollose. Mr Germano joined the company in 2017 and will hand over the role to current executive chair Dr Wayne Best on January 15.
Adrian Griffin has resigned as non-executive director of Northern Minerals due to growing demands from executive positions held with other resources sector-related companies. Mr Griffin was a founding director, joining the board in 2006.
