Board Moves November 20, 2020

Accelerate Resources has appointed Richard Hill as an independent non-executive chair. Mr Hill joined the board in July 2020. Founding chair Grant Mooney will remain a non-executive director.

Gold and base metals explorer Auris Minerals has appointed current chief operating officer Michael Hendriks to managing director. The company has also appointed Christopher Achurch as company secretary, taking over the duty from Mr Hendriks. Mr Achurch provides company secretarial, corporate advisory and general consulting services to a number of ASX-listed companies. Non-executive director Robert Martin has resigned, having served on the board since November 2016, but remains a major shareholder.

Kingsrose Mining has appointed Tim Coughlin, Daryl Corp and Andrew Cooke as non-executive directors. Dr Coughlin is an exploration and structural geologist with over 30 years of industry experience in exploring for gold, copper and base metals in Australia, New Guinea, the Americas, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Mr Corp has over 40 years of experience in the minerals industry including base metals, iron ore and precious metals projects and operations in Australia and offshore. Mr Cooke has extensive experience in law, corporate finance, governance and compliance including over 30 years of boardroom experience.

Dave Filov has resigned as non-executive director of Siren Gold due to a change in his employment as a corporate lawyer. Managing Director Brian Rodan will assume the role of interim executive chair.
