Carnegie Clean Energy has appointed Terry Stinson as non-executive chair, replacing Jeff Harding who will retire from the board. Mark Woodall has also been appointed to the board as non-executive director. These changes are part of an ongoing program of business diversification and growth which involves board renewal and cost reductions.
Longford Resources has appointed Denver-based geologist Patrick Siglin as exploration manager, North America. He will provide a strong and permanent presence in North America which enables the company to efficiently implement exploration programs at its current projects as well as identify and acquire high-grade cobalt projects in favourable jurisdictions within North America.
Sharon Heley has been appointed commercial manager of Global Health and will be responsible for its overall sales and marketing strategy in Australia. Ms Heley held senior executive roles in the healthcare industry and was responsible for overall change management, building a team of 27 professionals across 3 divisions and successfully implementing the Oracle ERP system, Salesforce and Service Max CRM.
Bryah Resources has appointed Leslie Ingraham as non-executive director, replacing current chair Stuart Crow who has resigned from the board. Mr Ingraham is an executive director of Australian Vanadium (AVL) and has been appointed as AVL’s nominee to the Bryah board.
