Homeloans has made several changes to its board. Current deputy chair Chum Darvall will become non-executive chair, Robert Scott will step down as chair and remains as non-executive director, Duncan Saville who is the alternate director to Warren McLeland will become non-executive director, while founding owner Rob Salmon will be retiring after 17 years on the board.
Alexium International has appointed current chief executive Dr Dirk van Hyning as managing director. Dr van Hyning joined the company in 2013 as senior research scientist and was subsequently promoted to head of product development and commercial transition, president, deputy chief executive and chief executive. Kevin Kye, who is the company secretary on a part-time basis, will be stepping down as the company moves to recruit an applicant to fulfil a full-time role.
Kelly Strong has been appointed non-executive director of Ironbark Zinc. He is appointed as a nominee of Nyrstar, one of the world’s largest zinc metal producers. Mr Strong replaces Jason Dunning who has resigned as non-executive director of Ironbark as a result of him accepting another role outside of Nyrstar.
Tony Young has replaced Samantha Shorter as chief financial officer of Lion One Metals.
Prospect Resources has appointed HeNian Chen as non-executive director following the resignations of QingJiao Yu and Yan Wang who is the alternative director to Mr Yu.
Kalium Lakes has appointed Frederick Kotzee as chief financial officer. Mr Kotzee was chief financial officer of Kumba Iron for 5 years and group financial director of African Oxygen prior to that.
Joseph Phillipos has replaced Glenn Fowles as company secretary of Global Health.
