Board Moves May 8, 2020

Calima Energy has appointed current chief financial officer Mark Freeman as company secretary, replacing James Bahen who has acted in the role since April 2017.

Nicholas Sage has resigned as non-executive director of Jadar Resources in order to focus on other business interests.

Costa Tsesmelis will be stepping down as non-executive director of MinRex Resources at the end of June.

Spectrum Metals has advised of the resignations of Alexander Hewlett and Paul Adams as executive chair and managing director respectively.

The WA Youth Jazz Orchestra has announced the appointments of Simon Durack as chair, Laura Coles as deputy chair, Jon Bennett and Kate Pass as non-executive directors. Mr  Durack has been a board member since 2019 and Ms  Coles has been on the board since 2016 and also holds the position of treasurer. Lloyd Smith has stepped down as chair after nearly a decade of stewardship, and deputy chair Tony Ottaviano departs after a long tenure with WAYJO.
