Peter Munachen has retired as non-executive director of BMG Resources.
Daniel Kennedy and Benjamin Rattigan have been appointed non-executive directors of Cycliq, following the resignations of Cyril Daoud and Chris Singleton from the board. Mr Kennedy has 25 years of business experience and is the chief operating officer of a major South East Asian listed company that operates in the Australian and South East Asian resources services sector. Mr Rattigan has worked in the financial services industry for over a decade and has extensive experience in capital markets and the structuring of corporate transactions.
Eamon Hannon has resigned as a director of Squadron Resources. He was a nominee director, representing Squadron Resources, on the board of Impact Minerals. He has, however, been appointed an independent non-executive director by Impact and will remain on the board of the company.
Kingsrose Mining has appointed current chief financial officer and company secretary Karen O'Neill as chief executive, John Nguyen as site general manager, and current financial controller Chloe Lam as chief financial officer. Stuart Bodey, who was the interim chief executive, will remain a consultant to the company.
Kogi Iron has appointed David Turvey and Peter Huljich as non-executive directors. Mr Turvey was a senior resources executive in the iron ore and steel industry and Mr Huljich is a legal and commercial advisor with extensive experience in the mining, banking and finance sectors. Michael Tilley has resigned as non-executive director, having served on the board since 2016.
Dan Lougher has been appointed non-executive director of Perseus Mining. Mr Lougher has over 35 years of experience holding a range of exploration, feasibility, development, operations, and corporate roles with Australian and international mining companies.
Malcolm James has resigned as non-executive director of Squadron Resources and Vimy Resources.
