Board Moves May 17, 2022

Daniel Taylor has resigned as managing director of Equinox Resources. Mr Taylor was appointed to the role in July 2021.

Mineral Resources has appointed Zimi Meka as an independent non-executive director. Mr Meka has over 35 years of experience in the design, construction and operation of minerals processing plants and infrastructure within Australia and internationally.

Lisa Wynne has taken over from Suzie Foreman as company secretary of Oilex. Ms Wynne is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 16 years of experience as a CFO & company secretary, board level experience including with ASX- & TSX-listed companies, and significant experience within the exploration and mining industries.

Phillip Jackson has resigned as non-executive chair of Xantippe Resources. He has been a longstanding member of the board, having joined the company in 2006.
