Board Moves May 15, 2019

Australian Vanadium has appointed Todd Richardson to the newly created position of chief operating officer. Mr  Richardson joined AVL at the beginning of 2018 as development manager of its Gabanintha Vanadium Project.

Rod Evans has been appointed non-executive director of Smart Marine Systems. Mr  Evans is an experienced company director and has been involved in successful startups, turnarounds and business growth across small, medium and large-scale businesses.

SUDA Pharmaceuticals has appointed Paul Hopper as non-executive chair. Mr  Hopper has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences, medical, & healthcare sectors; and served as founder, chair, non-executive director and chief executive of more than fourteen companies in the US, Australia and Asia. Stephen Carter, who assumed the position of executive chair last year, will continue as SUDA’s managing director and chief executive.

Triple Energy has appointed HongBing Zhang as executive director, and RuoYun Zhang & Tun Yiu Kei as non-executive directors. Concurrently Tommy Cheng has resigned as chair and Edward Siew, alternate director for Mr  Cheng, has also resigned.
