Ironbark Zinc has made several key appointments as the company works towards project financing and development of the world class Citronen Zinc Project. Michael Bourguignon has been appointed project director and his sole key focus is to drive the Citronen Project into production. Henrik Laursen is the logistics manager. He has more than 12 years of experience in logistics management, gained through the Danish military within Denmark and Greenland. John Fitzgerald, who has more than 25 years of resources financing experience, has been appointed finance and commercial advisor.
Mark Milazzo has been appointed non-executive director of Riva Resources. Mr Milazzo is a mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the development and management of mines and mineral processing plants across a range of commodities in Australia and overseas.
Amanda Wilton-Heald has replaced Elizabeth Hunt as company secretary of Parkway Minerals. Both of them are appointed through Mining Corporate.
Clare Pope has resigned as non-executive director of Entek Energy. Current company secretary Nerida Schmidt has been appointed non-executive director.
