Board Moves March 6, 2019

Capricorn Metals has announced the resignations of Warren Hallam as managing director and Jonathan Shellabear as chief financial officer & joint company secretary. Following a general meeting held yesterday, the company has appointed Tim Kestell and Douglas Jendry as non-executive directors. They replace Debra Bakker, Geoff Rogers & Peter Benjamin who are no longer on the board.

Chris Baker and Stephen Stroud have resigned as non-executive directors of Explaurum.

Stuart Bodey is the new chief executive at Kingsrose Mining. Mr  Bodey is a highly experienced mining professional with over 30 years of experience in resources, surveying, surface and underground hard rock mining, as well as holding engineering, project management and general management roles.
