Daniel Prior has joined the board of Bulletin Resources as an independent non-executive director. Mr  Prior is a chartered accountant with 12 years of experience as a management consultant specialising in strategy development, project management, business improvement and financial analysis, primarily in the energy and resources sector within Australia and globally.

Andrew Wilson has resigned as non-executive director of Gulf Manganese Corporation to further pursue, amongst other things, his active involvement in supporting the disability community in Australia.

Michael Spreadborough has taken over as interim chief executive of Metals X. Mr  Spreadborough is a mining engineer with extensive experience in the development and operation of mineral resources projects spanning a range of commodities including copper, gold, uranium, lead, zinc and iron ore. Damian Marantelli, who stepped down as managing director in December 2019 but remained as chief executive for a transition period, has resigned from the company.

Yugi Gouw has been appointed company secretary of Oakdale Resources. Mr  Gouw is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 10 years of experience as chief financial officer and company secretary of ASX-listed companies. Hemant Amin, who has been with the company for a decade, will retire as company secretary at the end of March following a handover period.

Dr Byron Pirola has stepped down as non-executive director of Po Valley Energy.

Yojee has appointed David Morton as non-executive chair following the retirement of Ray Lee as chair after 3 years on the board and Shannon Robinson as non-executive director. Mr  Lee will remain as non-executive director, and Ms  Robinson joins the advisory board. Mr  Morton joined Yojee’s advisory board in May 2019 and is an experienced corporate banker with a career spanning 40 years at Westpac & HSBC focusing in the APAC region.
