Board Moves March 29, 2022

Advanced Braking Technology has formally appointed current acting CEO Andrew Booth as chief executive. Mr Booth has corporate development and strategic leadership experience across the advisory, private equity, agriculture, FMCG, logistics, banking and finance sectors within the Asia Pacific region. He joined ABT in November 2020 as director of commercial & strategy before becoming acting CEO in January this year.

Veris has appointed experienced senior leader Tracey Gosling as non-executive director, as it continues to execute its digital and spatial strategy. Ms Gosling has extensive experience in formulating and refining growth plans centred on the transformation and commercialisation of digital strategies. She also has broad executive experience across the IT, telecommunications, transport and professional services sectors.

West Cobar Metals has appointed current non-executive director Kevin Das as executive director. Mr Das is an Australian qualified mining professional with over 18 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry.
