Otavio Monteiro becomes general manager of Carajas, Jailson Araujo is general manager of CentroGold, Wayne Phillips takes over as general manager of technical services, Bianca Cabral as environmental engineer of Carajas, Dr Owen Hatton as chief geoscientist, Mike Sousa as exploration manager of Carajas, Julio Rocha and Sebastiao Siqueira as project managers, and Roberto Mialarete as project controller.
Quentin Megson has resigned as non-executive director of life sciences company eSense-Lab.

Professor Donna Cross has resigned as non-executive director of Wangle Technologies due to the associated increased commitments in her role with Early Years Initiative, a 10-year collaboration between Telethon Kids Institute, the Minderoo Foundation, and the WA government. She will remain an advisor to Wangle as the company continues its collaboration with Telethon Kids Institute on its ongoing development.
Karen Brown has retired as company secretary of Alkane Resources. Ms Brown has a 35-year association with the company. Dennis Wilkins, founder and principal of DWCorporate, has been appointed as her replacement.
