Robert Reynolds has stepped down as non-executive chair of Dacian Gold after nine and a half years with the company. Current non-executive director Mick Wilkes will become interim chair.
Euroz Hartleys has appointed current co-head of institutional sales and executive director Tim Bunney as its managing director. Robert Black, who has been the managing director for 8.5 years, will become the head of equity capital markets syndication and remains an institutional sales advisor and director.
Terry Topping and Bruno Seneque have resigned as directors of Kairos Minerals, with Phillip Coulson and Zane Lewis appointed as non-executive directors. Mr Topping is the executive chair and chief executive, and Mr Seneque is a non-executive director. They were both involved with the company in 2017, since the company’s acquisition of the Mt York Gold Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Newly appointed director Mr Coulson has over 20 years of corporate advisory experience, and has promoted & advised numerous companies in the identification and acquisition of technology and resource projects. Mr Lewis is a principal and founder of corporate advisory firm SmallCap Corporate, which specialises in corporate advice to public companies.
Lykos Metals has appointed Stephen Allen as non-executive chair and Johan Züeger as non-executive director from April, following the resignation of inaugural chair Matthew Worner. Mr Allen has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets, and Mr Zueger is a Swiss-based investor and investment advisor who established Zurich-based independent asset management group Clarus Capital Group AG in 2011.
Peppermint Innovation has appointed Neal Cross as non-executive director, following the resignation of Matthew Cahill from the board due to significant personal work commitments. Mr Cross has a long-distinguished career in finance innovation, and has lived and worked throughout Southeast Asia. He will be guiding the company's innovation strategy to become a super app that combines employment opportunities with finance products that improves the lives of the underserved population throughout the Philippines.
Resource Mining Corporation has appointed finance executive David Round as non-executive director, and longstanding managing director Warwick Davies has resigned. Mr Round is a qualified accountant and finance professional with nickel and graphite operational experience within Africa and internationally.
Dr Günter Hilken has joined the board of Vulcan Energy Resources as a non-executive director. Dr Hilken has over 35 years of experience in German chemicals, renewables and infrastructure investment sectors. He has also led industry advocacy associations, the German Government at the State and Federal level. His appointment will help ensure that geothermal energy becomes a foundation of Germany’s supply of sustainable and secure renewable energy.
