After almost six and half years with Global Construction Services, Carlo Genovesi will be retiring as chief financial officer and joint company secretary. He will remain with the company until June 30 to allow a smooth transition to his successor, Nigel Land. Mr Land is a chartered accountant with 25 years of experience in the mining, mining services and energy industries within Australia and the UK.
Kopore Metals has appointed experienced mining executive Peter Meagher as independent non-executive chair. He replaces Tim Goldsmith who will be leaving the company following his recent appointment as president and chief executive of Rincon, a private company developing major lithium projects in South America.
