Board Moves March 18, 2021

Decmil Group has made several changes to its board and management structure. Peter Thomas will transition from executive director and chief financial officer to non-executive director on 27 April, Ian Hobson will replace Alison Thompson as company secretary from April, and Alex Hall has been appointed chief financial officer. Mr Hall is a Chartered Accountant who spent over 13 years with NRW Holdings, culminating in his position as group financial controller prior to this appointment.

Vulcan Energy Resources has appointed Annie Liu as non-executive director. Ms Liu has 20 years of experience with Tesla and Microsoft, building and leading teams from product incubation stage to mature market. She was the head of battery and energy supply chain at Tesla, and will provide consulting services to Vulcan in relation to the lithium market, battery supply chain and offtake.
