Richard Monti has been appointed an independent non-executive chair of Alto Metals following Terry Wheeler's decision to step down as chair and assume the role of non-executive director. Mr Monti is a geologist with over 30 years spent in the international mineral resource industry, and 48 years of experience as a director of 13 ASX- and TSX-listed companies covering exploration and mining activities.
Carl Popal, who stepped down as executive chair of Eclipse Metals in 2018, has resumed executive duties and will replace Rodney Dale. Mr Dale, who joined the company in 2013 and became non-executive chair in May 2018, will remain on the board as non-executive director.
Jameson Resources has appointed Nicole Hollows as non-executive chair, and Joel Nicholls will transition from a non-executive to an executive director. Ms Hollows has extensive experience within the resources sector including permitting, funding, developing and operating mines. Arthur Palm, who has been with the company since August 2009, has retired as chief executive.
K-TIG has appointed current non-executive director Mark Twycross as executive director following the resignation of David Williams as chief executive. Mr Twycross joined the board in February and has over 40 years of experience in energy and water infrastructure including pipeline design and construction, process facilities, design, procurement, fabrication and installation.
