Board Moves March 11, 2021

DiscovEx Resources  has appointed Heath Hellewell and Kim Massey as non‐executive chair and non-executive director respectively, with Peter Langworthy stepping down as non‐executive chair after almost 9 years on the board. Mr Hellewell is the founding director of Lighthouse Resources, which has been acquired by DiscovEx. He is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in gold, diamond and base metals exploration in Australia & West Africa. Mr Massey is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive corporate, financial, markets and industry experience. He was involved in investor relations, business development and strategy during his 10 years as chief financial officer of Regis Resources.

Iluka Resources has appointed Andrea Sutton as an independent non-executive director. Ms Sutton retired from her executive career in 2019, and has over 25 years of expertise across a range of operational and corporate functions with Rio Tinto.
