Board Moves March 11, 2020

Adriatic Metals has appointed current chief financial officer Geoff Eyre as joint company secretary.

Steven Wood has replaced Mathew Whyte as company secretary of Aurora Labs. Mr  Wood, a Chartered Accountant and an employee of Grange Consulting Group, specialises in corporate advisory, company secretarial and financial management services.

Current non-executive director Peter Ravenscroft has been appointed managing director and chief executive of EHR Resources. Mr  Ravenscroft has over 40 years of experience in the international mining industry, with specific knowledge of diamonds and a background in exploration, geostatistics, resource evaluation and mine planning. He joined the board in December 2019 and his appointment comes as the company becomes active in diamond exploration, with shareholders approving the acquisition of Nanuk Diamonds Inc in Quebec, Canada.

Troy Hayden has joined the board of Global Oil & Gas as non-executive director. Mr  Hayden has over 25 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry and has worked on numerous oil and gas asset acquisitions, divestments and M&A transactions. Anna MacKintosh has resigned as non-executive director but remains a company secretary.

Judith Uren has been appointed non-executive director of Pritchard Francis. Ms  Uren has extensive engineering experience in the design and management of civil infrastructure works within the transport, resource and oil & gas sectors.

Russell Barwick has been appointed an independent non-executive director of Regis Resources. Mr  Barwick is a mining engineer with extensive technical, operational, managerial and corporate experience within the mining industry, across a wide range of commodities and jurisdictions.

Torian Resources has made several changes to its board with the appointment of Peretz Schapiro as non-executive director, Angus Middleton replacing Richard Mehan as non-executive chair, and Paul Summers transitioning from a non-executive role to become executive director where he will lead its financing and corporate strategy. Mr  Schapiro has a background in management consulting, marketing, and fundraising.

Triangle Energy Global has announced the resignation of Jason Peacock as non-executive director and the appointment of Troy Brice as chief operating officer. Mr  Brice has experience across the oil & gas, resources, government, defence and shipping sectors; and had a successful stint running his own business consultancy.
