Galileo Mining has appointed highly experienced mining lawyer Cecilia Camarri as an independent non-executive director. Ms Camarri has extensive operational and management experience, and a legal advisor to private and listed mining companies.
Rachelle Domansky has been appointed a non-executive director of Metals Australia, following the resignation of Gino D'Anna from the board due to a conflict of interest with his role as a director of another ASX-listed company. Ms Domansky is a specialist in environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters; and has extensive expertise in human resources.
Red 5 has appointed Fiona Harris AM as non-executive director. Ms Harris has a 27-year career in the energy, resources, utilities, financial services and property sectors. She has also been a director of ASX50, ASX100 and ASX200 companies, government enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations.
