Our daily board moves wrap includes Neil Meadows, Douglas Loh, Mark Chamberlain, Suraj Sanghani, Craig Smith, Campbell McKenzie, Catherine Grant-Edwards, Melissa Chapman, Daniel Noonan, and Geoffrey Laing.

Neil Meadows has been appointed general manager of projects and business improvement, a newly established position, at Blackham Resources. Mr  Meadows has extensive senior management experience, having held the roles of chief operating officer and managing director. He was a recipient of the Mine Manager of the Year Award through the Sydney Mining Club in 2007, and was named the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy North Queensland Resources Industry Professional of the Year in 2009.

Douglas Loh will transition from a non-executive chair to the role of an interim executive chair at Data Exchange Network, until a new chief executive has been appointed.

Mark Chamberlain has been appointed chief financial officer of New Century Resources. Mr  Chamberlain, a qualified accountant and lawyer, is a finance executive with over 30 years of experience covering a broad range of financial disciplines in the resources industry.

Suraj Sanghani has resigned as executive director and company secretary of Pacific Bauxite, having been with the company since 2011. Craig Smith and Campbell McKenzie have been appointed non-executive directors, Catherine Grant-Edwards and Melissa Chapman have been appointed joint company secretaries. Mr  Smith has over 40 years of experience in property and commercial law, and Mr  McKenzie is a consultant and director with over 20 years of experience in the minerals sector.

Daniel Noonan, executive director of Peninsula Mines, will transition to a non-executive director’s role. The company has also appointed Geoffrey Laing as Mr  Noonan’s alternate director.
