Board Moves June 4, 2020

Ron Heeks is stepping down as managing director & chief executive of Geopacific Resources. He will continue in an advisory capacity for 3 months during this transition period. Current chair Ian Clyne will assume day-to-day management until a new chief executive has been appointed.

Harvest Technology Group has appointed Jeffrey Sengelman DSC AM as an independent non-executive chair. Mr  Sengelman is a retired Major General in the Australian Defence Force, with a distinguished career spanning almost 40 years, and was most recently Special Operations Commander, Australia.

David Tretbar has been appointed non-executive director of Lion One Metals. US-based Mr  Tretbar has wide-ranging experience in surface and underground exploration, resource modelling, mine development and production, laboratory operations, mineral analysis, process metallurgy, and project management.

Ian Hobson has taken over from Ric Moore and Bruce Waddell as company secretary of Predictive Discovery, with Mr  Waddell continuing as chief financial officer. Mr  Hobson is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with extensive experience as company secretary of ASX-listed companies.
