Board Moves June 3, 2019

FBR has implemented a new corporate structure, the establishment of a Global Commercialisation Team, to accelerate the commercialisation of its technology within Australia and in international markets. Michael Pivac will become the company’s global chief executive and managing director, Aidan Flynn will take on a new role in the Global Commercialisation Team and steps down as joint company secretary, and Simon Amos has been promoted from director of construction technologies to chief executive of Australia.

Gascoyne Resources has announced the resignations of Sally-Anne Layman as non-executive chair, Mark Le Messurier as non-executive director, and Michael Ball as chief financial officer.

Tanugula Rao has resigned as non-executive director of Legacy Iron Ore.

Geoffrey Clifford has retired as non-executive chair of Tyranna Resources. The company has appointed Joe Graziano as non-executive director. Mr  Graziano is a Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of corporate and company secretarial experience.

Mauro Balzarini is no longer the chief executive of Wellard.
