Board Moves June 17, 2019

Rodney Moonen, chair and managing director of FFI Holdings since 1988, will become non-executive director in July but remains as chair and company secretary. Geoffrey Nicholson, current executive director, will become managing director.

Flinders Mines has appointed Cheryl Edwardes AM as non-executive director. Ms  Edwardes, former Attorney General for Western Australia and an experienced company director, has extensive knowledge regarding the negotiation of critical primary agreements and approvals for iron ore development projects.

Shri Alok Kumar Mehta has joined the board of Legacy Iron Ore as non-executive director. Mr  Mehta has over 35 years of experience in the areas of iron ore mining, iron & steel production and the copper industry, with experience gained from his time in India and abroad.

MetalsTech has appointed Dr QingTao Zeng and Noel O'Brien, both with extensive lithium markets experience, as non-executive technical director. They replace Dr Quinton Hills who has since resigned.

Catherine Anderson has resigned as company secretary of VPCL following the company's relocation of its corporation functions to Melbourne. Current non-executive director Chris Mews will take on the additional role of company secretary.
