Danakali has announced some changes to its management structure. Non-executive chair Seamus Cornelius has been appointed executive chair, highly experienced industry executive Niels Wage has been appointed chief commercial officer, and Danny Goeman has resigned as chief executive after accepting an offer from a leading Perth-based mining company.

Creso Pharma has appointed John Griese as chief operating officer for the Americas following its acquisition of Canadian-based medical cannabis producer Mernova Medicinal in February. Creso intends to further its expansion with construction of a 20,000 square foot medicinal cannabis growing facility expected to be completed soon and with the licensing process now in its final phases.

Randy Rhoads has been appointed chief operating officer of Pointerra. A former US Air Force officer and pilot, Mr  Rhoads is a professionally licensed civil engineer and has more than 20 years of experience in aerial LiDAR-based surveying. Based in the US, he will be responsible for driving the global expansion of Pointerra’s cloud-based data as a service solution.

Credit Intelligence has appointed Tony Ho as non-executive director. Mr  Ho is an experienced director in a wide range of industries. He is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Danette Cheung has resigned as non-executive director of Northern Mining, having served on the board since 2013.
