Adriatic Metals has appointed Dominic Roberts as head of corporate affairs from July, and non-executive director Milos Bosnjakovic will cease all executive employment and consultancy agreements with the company and step down from the board. UK-based Mr  Roberts has more than 25 years of experience operating in the Balkans, primarily focused on the mining and property industries. Mark Clements, company secretary of Emerald Resources, has been appointed an independent non-executive director. Mr  Clements has extensive experience in capital management, finance, financial reporting, corporate strategy and governance across a range of industries. He was been with the company since 2014 and replaces Ross Williams who has resigned from the board.

Gold Road Resources has appointed Maree Arnason as an independent non-executive director and Carol Marinkovich will be resigning as joint company secretary, both effective June 15. Ms  Arnason is an experienced director and senior executive with a 30-year career in the natural resources, energy and manufacturing sectors.

Daryl Henthorn has resigned as executive chair of Orminex but remains on the board as a non-executive director.
