Our board moves wrap includes Peter Williams, Matthew Foy, Bruce Lane, Emma Gilbert, Eric Moore, Bruce Waddell, Mike Sutton, Neil Whitaker, Greg Foulis, Melissa Chapman, Catherine Grant-Edwards, Erlyn Dale, Winton Willesee, Malcolm King, and Edward Farrell.

Peter Williams, non-executive director of Boss Resources since 2013, has resigned from the board due to increasing work commitments in his executive role with an ASX-listed mineral exploration company.

Matthew Foy has been appointed company secretary of GTI Resources. Mr  Foy has over 13 years of experience in facilitating ASX-listing rule compliance as well as in public listed company secretarial, operational and governance disciplines. Bruce Lane and Emma Gilbert have resigned as joint company secretaries, but continue in their executive roles within the company. Mr  Foy has also replaced Eric Moore and Bruce Waddell as company secretary of Xantippe Resources.

Mike Sutton, chief executive of MACA since February, has joined the board as managing director.

Nusantara Resources has appointed current chief executive Neil Whitaker as managing director. The appointment follows a transitional period since he became the company’s Jakarta-based chief executive in August 2019. Greg Foulis, who stood in as executive chair during the transition period, returns to his role as non-executive chair.

Terrain Minerals  has appointed Melissa Chapman and Catherine Grant-Edwards as joint company secretaries, following the resignations of Erlyn Dale and Winton Willesee. Both Ms  Chapman and Ms  Grant-Edwards are directors of Bellatrix Corporate which provides company secretarial and accounting services to a number of ASX-listed companies. They have over 30 years of combined experience in the provision of accounting, finance and company secretarial services to public listed resource and private companies in Australia and the UK.

Malcolm King has joined the board of Triangle Energy Global as non-executive director. Mr  King has over 30 years of experience in both technical and commercial leadership roles within the upstream oil and gas industry. Edward Farrell will be stepping down as non-executive director at the end of the month, after nearly six years with the company.
