Board Moves July 4, 2022

Anova Metals has made some changes to its board and management structure with the transition of Dr MingYan Wang from chief executive and managing director to non-executive director, and Dr Amanda Buckingham from a non-executive director to an executive director.

Artemis Resources has appointed Vivienne Powe as an independent non-executive director. Ms Powe is a metallurgical engineer and highly experienced senior executive who has been involved in corporate, investment and M&A at top tier, global mining and oil & gas companies.

Blaze Minerals has appointed current non-executive technical director Simon Coxhell has executive managing director. Mr Coxhell has been with the company since 2019 and will focus on progressing the exploration program at the company’s wholly-owned and highly prospective Earaheedy Basin base metal project in Western Australia.

Geoff Ward has resigned as managing director of Hazer Group following the appointment of Glen Corrie as chief executive in October. Mr Ward will remain a chief executive during this transition period, and will continue to lead the activities of the company until the handover to Mr Corrie is completed.

Steven Chadwick has retired as non-executive director of Liontown Resources. He has been on the board since January 2019.

Moho Resources has advised that founding managing director Shane Sadleir will be retiring from his executive role and transitioning to a non-executive director. Mr Sadleir has spent the past 10 years as managing director of the company, and will now spend more time on other private interests. Ralph Winter, founding commercial director and company secretary, will take over as managing director.
