Board Moves July 31, 2019

Dynasty Resources has appointed William Hu as executive director and chief financial officer, and Peter Dillon as chief operations officer. Mr  Hu has extensive experience in corporate governance and risk management. Mr  Dillon was an integral management team member in five very successful mine startups, and has 40 years of experience in the mining industry including 20 years at management level on mine sites in four different countries. Lewis Tay has retired as executive chair & managing director after a decade of service; Bin Wang and his alternate director Bo Xin Dong have resigned as non-executive directors.

Dr Stuart Lake has joined the board of Invictus Energy as non-executive chair, effective tomorrow. Dr  Lake has over 34 years of global experience in the petroleum industry and had operated assets in 20 countries worldwide, including in over ten African countries.
