Blaze International has appointed Mathew Walker as non-executive director, following the resignation of Maciej Rosiewicz from the board. Mr Walker, a businessman and founder of numerous public and private enterprises, has extensive experience in corporate governance and investor relations.
Infinity Lithium Corporation has appointed experienced finance and European commodities executive Remy Welschinger as non-executive director, with Felipe Benjumea Llorente resigning from the board at the end of July. Mr Welschinger is the founder and managing director of Limehouse Capital, a London-based investment holding company specialising in natural resources projects, and has significant UK and European Union networks during his 13 years with major London-based institutions.
Piers Lewis has joined the board of Ultima United as non-executive director. Mr Lewis is the founder of Smallcap Corporate, a corporate advisory services company, and has a diverse background in the resources, banking and technology sectors. He has been the company’s chief financial officer and company secretary since 2015. Simon Yan, having served on the board for over 13 years, has resigned as executive chair and managing director. He will be replaced by Jonathan Cheng who will transition from a non-executive director to an executive chair and managing director.
