Our board moves wrap includes Peter Muccilli, Navin Sidhu, Oliver Kiddie, Derek Waterfield, Mick Wilkes, Geoff Page, and Paul Senycia.

Peter Muccilli will join Constellation Resources on July 22 as technical director. Mr Muccilli is a geologist with over 28 years of exploration, development and operational experience within the resources sector, particularly nickel, gold, zinc and lead.

Jadar Resources has appointed Navinderjeet Singh (Navin Sidhu) as executive director. Mr Sidhu has extensive experience in senior management positions and has set up, listed and run multiple successful companies in the UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Europe. He is also a sophisticated investor and has been involved in many commercial ventures such as capital raisings, convertible notes and underwriting.

Oliver Kiddie has been appointed executive director of Legend Mining, effective August 10. Mr Kiddie is a geologist with over 18 years of experience across exploration, resource definition, project development, and production throughout Australia and internationally. He has extensive experience in base metal and gold exploration, and has managed numerous transactions and joint ventures while in senior management and executive positions. Following Mr Kiddie’s appointment, Derek Waterfield will step down from the board and assume the role of general manager of exploration, focusing on the company’s Rockford Project in the Fraser Range.

Mick Wilkes has been appointed non-executive director of Matador Mining. Mr Wilkes is a highly experienced mining engineer with over 35 years of experience within the resources industry, focusing on operations management and new mine development for base and precious metals.

Otto Energy has appointed Geoff Page as non-executive director. Mr Page is a finance professional with over 20 years of senior finance, accounting and management experience gained globally within a number of industries. Paul Senycia will step down as executive director and transition to a non-executive director’s role.
