Kalia has appointed Peter Batten, a geologist with 35 years of experience, as technical director. Nick Burn has resigned as executive director but remains with the company, focussing on the development of its Australian assets.
Sumatra Copper & Gold has appointed current chief operating officer Robert Gregory as chief executive. He replaces David Fowler who will become a non-executive director. Joe Dymott has been appointed general manager of development. He was the manager of the technical division, mining and processing operations, and holds an honours degree in mining engineering from the Royal School of Mines in London. The company also anticipates the appointment of a chief financial officer but in the meantime, Mr Fowler will act as the interim CFO.
Ian Pamensky has been appointed company secretary of eSense-Lab. Mr Pamensky has more than 22 years of experience in the finance and secretarial sector for SME and ASX-listed entities. He replaces Steven Wood who has stepped down from the role.
