Board Moves January 4, 2021

Calidus Resources has appointed John Ciganek as non-executive director. Mr Ciganek has over 30 years of experience in the mining sector across a range of roles including mining engineering, stockbroking, executive management and corporate finance. His appointment comes as the company kicks off its main construction of the Warrawoona Gold Project this quarter.

Dragontail Systems has appointed US-based Jonathan Weber and Jeff Wilbur as non-executive directors. Both have deep experience in the QSR sector within the US and are well connected. Mr Weber has over 25 years of experience with some of the world’s most well-known and respected brands in the restaurant industry. Mr Wilbur is a senior director of Eldridge Industries, a holding company that grows diversified businesses across insurance, credit, technology, real estate, sports and media, and consumer sectors.

Following the resignation of Karen O'Neill as managing director and company secretary of Kingsrose Mining at the end of December 2020, current non-executive chair Dr Michael Andrews will undertake the role of interim executive chair while the company finalises the appointment of a new chief executive, and Joanna Kiernan has been appointed company secretary.

Oonagh Malone has replaced Amanda Burgess as company secretary of Riversgold.
