Klaus Eckhof has been appointed executive director of Amani Gold. Mr  Eckhof is a geologist with more than 20 years of experience in identifying, exploring and developing mineral deposits around the world. He was a former chair of Amani Gold.

Arrow Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Frazer Tabeart as non-executive chair. Dr  Tabeart has been with the company since 2014.

After 6 years on the board, Ian McCubbing has retired as non-executive director of Avenira due to increased personal commitments and board roles.

Vector Resources has appointed Guy-Robert Lukama and Yves Ilunga as non-executive directors, following the company’s acquisition of 60% interest in the Adidi-Kanga Gold Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Both Mr  Lukama and Mr  Ilunga are nationals of the DRC.

Terence Clee, James Ellingford and Mathew Perrot have resigned from the board of Victory Mines. The company has appointed Rohan Dalziell, Alec Pismiris and David Sanders as non-executive directors. Mr  Dalziell is a wealth advisor and representative of Patersons Securities Perth; Mr  Pismiris has over 30 years of experience in the securities, finance and mining industries; and Mr  Sanders has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law.

Harry Karelis, founder and executive chair of Zelda Therapeutics, will transition to a non-executive chair role.
