Board Moves January 23, 2020

BARD1 Life Sciences, a medical technology company developing non-invasive cancer diagnostics, has appointed prominent Australian scientist Professor Allan Cripps AO as an independent non-executive director. Professor  Cripps, independent chair of the Children’s Health Research Alliance Board, has made significant contributions in immunology, diagnostics and health services delivery.

Darryl Edwards has taken over from Trevor Eton as company secretary of Panoramic Resources. Mr  Edwards is a Chartered Secretary with experience in corporate governance, risk and compliance across several ASX-listed companies.

Jason Brewer has resigned as non-executive director of TAO Commodities due to other work commitments. The company has appointed Frank Knezovic, a lawyer and co-founding director of legal firm Nova Legal, as non-executive director.

Stefan White and Cameron Williams have been appointed non-executive directors of Taruga Minerals. Mr  White has approximately 20 years of experience as an investor, corporate executive and financial advisor with a focus on resource and energy companies. Mr  Williams, a director and part of the founding team at Ashanti Capital, has extensive experience in IPOs and secondary market capital raisings. Bernard Aylward and Sheena Eckhof have stepped down as directors.
