Chris Evans resigned as chief operating officer of Altura Mining following his appointment as managing director of Birimian. In the interim, Altura’s managing director James Brown will take over the duties of chief operating officer. Mr Evans is an experienced project delivery and operational management expert, with recent experience in building a producing lithium operation from the ground up.
Bradley Boyle has resigned as executive director and chief executive of Ardiden. In the interim, non-executive chair Neil Hackett will become executive chair, and non-executive director Peter Spitalny will share chief executive duties.
Mike Young has resigned as non-executive chair of Cycliq Group due to increased commitments from other ASX-listed roles.
