Board Moves January 20, 2023

Aruma Resources has appointed current chief operating officer Glenn Grayson as managing director, taking over from founding MD Peter Schwann who has led the company since its listing in 2010 and will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Mr Grayson joined the company in October 2022 and will be responsible for formulating and implementing Aruma’s exploration strategy, the underlying on-ground fieldwork and exploration programs. He will also be responsible for the management of its day-to-day operations and key stakeholders, including shareholders and the investor market.

Greg Fitzgerald has replaced Benjamin Donovan as company secretary of Sipa Resources. Mr Fitzgerald is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of resources related experience, and extensive involvement in managing finance and administrative matters for listed resources companies.
