Board Moves January 2, 2019

Ken Chee will transition from executive chair to non-executive chair of 8I Holdings. Mr  Chee is a co-founder of 8VIC Holdings, an ASX-listed subsidiary of the group which manages and operates the financial education business under the brand name of Value Investing College.

Trevor Schultz has been appointed non-executive director of Cardinal Resources. Mr  Schultz spent over 45 years in the mining industry and has experience in project development, construction and operations. He replaces Robert Schafer who has stepped down from the board.

ParaZero has appointed Chris Singleton as non-executive director. Mr  Singleton has extensive international experience in the oil & gas, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications and service industries. He is also an experienced director and has founded, managed and sold multiple successful businesses.

Kobe Li has replaced Graeme Smith as company secretary of RMG.

Tim Hronsky, founding shareholder and director of St George Mining, has retired from his role at the company. John Dawson has been appointed non-executive director. Mr  Dawson has over 30 years of experience in the finance and mining sectors.

West African gold developer and explorer Tietto Minerals has appointed Dr Mathieu Ageneau as exploration manager as the company accelerates exploration of its Abujar Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire. Dr  Ageneau was the senior geologist of Newcrest Mining and led the team which discovered the Antenna gold deposit at Seguela in Côte d’Ivoire.
