Board Moves January 18, 2021

Ken Jagger has resigned as interim chief executive of ClearVue Technologies after 2 years with the company.  ClearVue is looking at appointing a European CEO with knowledge, experience and networks from the building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) industry as it continues to work on developing its global roll out strategy which includes the development of a global leadership team in its Tier 1 territories of Northern Europe and the US.

Infinity Lithium Corporation has appointed current non-executive director Remy Welschinger as executive director and head of corporate development. He will be involved in leading ongoing negotiations and wide-ranging developments for strategic investment and offtake opportunities for San José.

Winchester Energy has made several changes to its board and management structure. Neville Henry will step down as managing director at the end of January but remains a senior advisor for a 3-month transition period before retiring. Laurence Roe will transition from a non-executive chair to an executive chair, Houston-based operations manager Doug Holland will become chief operating officer, and Hugh Idstein will be stepping down as chief financial officer at the end of March.
