This week's board moves wrap includes Allan Tan, Matthew Watson, Jeremy King, Carol New, Brendon Morton, Vincent Ledoux-Pedailles, Scott McWilliam, Mary Ploughman, Jeffrey Moore, Katie Tovich, Brendan Harris and Peter Finnimore.

Board Moves January 14-18, 2019

Allan Tan has resigned as non-executive director of Affinity Energy & Health. Based in Singapore, Mr  Tan joined the company in August 2017 as alternate director before becoming non-executive director in February 2018.

Matthew Watson has joined the executive team of CTI Logistics after serving 9 years as its non-executive director. He will be responsible for several business operations and administrative functions across the group.

Jeremy King has retired as non-executive director of DTI Group after 7 years on the board, but remains a shareholder of the company.

Carol New has replaced Brendon Morton as company secretary of Horseshoe Metals and Scorpion Minerals.

Vincent Ledoux-Pedailles has been appointed non-executive director of Infinity Lithium. European-based Mr  Ledoux-Pedailles has been involved in the lithium industry since 2011, and has held roles monitoring various metals and industrial minerals markets. Mr  Ledoux-Pedailles has been working with Infinity over the last quarter of 2018 as vice president of European corporate strategy and business development.

Resimac Group has replaced the current joint CEO management structure with a single chief executive. Scott McWilliam has been appointed the company’s sole chief executive. Mary Ploughman will step down from the joint CEO role and leave the company after 16 years of service.

Jeffrey Moore has resigned as executive director of Riedel Resources. Mr  Moore was one of the founding directors of the company in 2010 and has also served as managing director & chair over the years.

South32 has made some changes to its leadership team. Katie Tovich will become deputy chief financial officer, succeeding Brendan Harris as chief financial officer in May. Mr  Harris will take over from Peter Finnimore, who will retire as chief marketing officer at the end of June. Ms  Tovich has been with the company since 2015 and has held the positions of vice president of corporate affairs & investor relations, and head of treasury.
