Board Moves February 3, 2020

Ardiden has appointed current chief executive Robin Longley as managing director. Michelle Li has resigned as non-executive director.

After seven and a half years at MC Mining, David Brown has stepped down as chief executive and executive director. Brenda Berlin, current chief financial officer, will serve as acting chief executive with a focus on securing the required funding for the development of its flagship Makhado hard coking coal project.

Tim Allison has joined the board of RooLifeGroup as non-executive director following the decision by Evan Cross to step down from the role due to increasing demands from other professional commitments. Mr  Allison has extensive experience in commercialisation and scaling across a range of technology businesses, from traditional retail and distribution to cutting-edge consumer technology in the online and mobile sectors.

Andrew Steers has resigned as company secretary of Vector Resources. Current non-executive director Michael Hendriks will also become interim company secretary.

Wayne Bramwell has been appointed an independent non-executive director of Westgold Resources. Mr  Bramwell is a mining executive with over 3 decades of operational and corporate experience in different commodities.

Patrick Corr will be stepping down from the board of Zinc of Ireland at the end of February, having been with the company since 2016 as executive chair prior to his current appointment as executive director of corporate & commercial in August 2018.
